"Hey dear Waterlily Crane_We did our best with ur family knowing how you guys came in and the after looks, and you knew how ur first daughter's hair looks like when you guys came in but i dont have to say it here because I'm a professional act like one , there was no mixed feelings so how ll know that you guys didn't like ur hair , and you also gave tips , i have no idea that you don't like ur hair, piece of advice it does matter where you get ur hair done , always try to let ur hairdresser knows where it not the way you want it , but I'm sincerely sorry that you didn't like ur hair and we can redo it with no charge"
